Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll be glad to assist you.
Return Postage
If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, don't worry! We will cover the cost of return postage. Simply contact us at [email protected]. For standard returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs, as postage expenses are nonrefundable.
Time Frame for Returns
All online orders must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to make a return outside of this timeframe, please contact us. We will consider the delivery date along with the purchase date for such cases where there has been a delay in delivery.
Sale Items
Products advertised as "sale" or purchased with a "discount code" are eligible for exchange of size, color, or style. Alternatively, we can provide you with an online store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for sale items.
Exchanges
We have a straightforward exchange process. You can exchange any items purchased online for a different size, color, or style. If you prefer a different item altogether, we can accommodate that too. In case there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or process the additional payment with you. While you are responsible for return postage, we will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchange item.
Return to Store
Great news! Our retail store is the same as our website, so you can also return or exchange your online order at our physical store. Our in-store team will be happy to assist you and arrange a refund or store credit for your purchase.
Refunds/Store Credit
If you paid the full price for your order, you are eligible for a refund back to the original account used for the purchase. Once we receive your return, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For sale items, we will provide a refund in the form of online credit. Both online and in-store credits or gift cards can be used interchangeably. Return Tips
1. Please do not clean any items you plan on returning, as we can only accept items in the same condition as when purchased. Machine-washed items cannot be accepted for return.
2. If you have lost your receipt, don't worry. We can locate your purchase in our system history and still process a refund, exchange, or store credit for your item.
